About Me |
I’ve been working at the Asbury Park Press for 6 years now, not counting the time in my youth delivering the paper via my 3-speed bicycle. I’m blessed with covering the dichotomy of small town Farmingdale (.5-square-miles) and rural/suburban Howell(over 60-square-miles). When I’m not out covering anything and every thing happening in Howell and Farmingdale, I’m out and about partaking in tomfoolery with my gran Delvarine, an 83-year-old woman with a heap of warmth and sprinkling of wry wit. We love listening to books on tape while on long drives throughout the state. My favorite adventures have been climbing volcanoes in Bali, moving to Cape Cod – sight unseen, and spelunking in a Belizian cave. A good mystery will keep me reading all night, clever art inspires my senses, a well-produced movie is just an addiction and a good song can cure the agony on summer traffic. |
